Tiered Communication Ensures Access and Response

CleanNet USA® and its franchise operators provide outstanding customer communications, so your needs are always addressed. Here are some of the tools we use:

  • Log Books for Daily Cleaning Instructions

As part of the CleanNet USA® system, your franchise operator will keep a log book at your site to encourage daily communication between you and your CleanNet® professional. Simply write any special requirements or other notes of interest for the franchise cleaning crew to attend to, and it will be performed that evening. The crew can use the log book to note any unusual conditions they have observed at your facility, such as doors left unlocked or lights left on. The log book is reviewed and signed each night.

  • Damage Reports

The CleanNet USA® franchise crew members are required to report any damage, breakage, plumbing problems, or maintenance needs immediately to the franchise operator. If this occurs, a report will be entered in your log book.

  • Cell Phones for Cleaning Crews

All CleanNet USA® franchisee crews are equipped with cell phones so they can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • 24-Hour Help Desk and Emergency Cleaning

CleanNet USA® maintains a 24/7 hotline for prompt response to special situations, and we guarantee a reply within 90 minutes, period.

In case of an emergency at your facility, our personnel will immediately contact your franchise owner and follow the emergency procedures you have prescribed for the facility. This centralized message center demonstrates our commitment to be as efficient and responsive as possible.

  • Regular Customer Feedback

Each month we e-mail you a satisfaction survey to complete so you can rate your franchisee’s performance. Your input increases our awareness of your satisfaction, allowing us to address any additional services or concerns right away.

Continuous Quality Control Ensures Your Satisfaction

Our reporting and franchisee performance monitoring tools and processes ensure ongoing high-quality commercial cleaning service.

  • Computer Monitoring

CleanNet USA® is one of the few companies in the industry that uses internally developed software to monitor quality levels for customers. Custom software with built-in computer driven controls allows us to monitor and respond to any deficiencies. CleanNet® resolves your concerns quickly and follows up with inspections and retraining of the franchisee performing the task to prevent recurrence.

  • Regular Site Inspections

Every facility receives a regular inspection from one of our quality assurance representatives. A written quality control report is created for areas requiring improvement. This report is reviewed with the franchise operator and onsite supervisor. Any deficiencies are rectified immediately. Final reports are recorded for future tracking in our proprietary software system.

CleanNet USA’s regional directors and area operators receive daily inspection reports indicating sites visited, customer satisfaction, issues needing attention, and the training needed to rectify them. Further, the system assigns dates to re-inspect the site to ensure the franchise operator has achieved a permanent improvement.
