Regular Site Inspections
Every facility receives a regular inspection from one of our quality assurance representatives. After the inspection, the representative creates a quality control report for areas requiring improvement. This report is reviewed with the franchise operator and onsite supervisor, and any deficiencies are addressed immediately. Final reports are recorded for future tracking in our proprietary software system.
CleanNet USA’s regional directors and area operators receive daily inspection reports indicating sites visited, customer satisfaction, issues needing attention, and training needed to rectify any issues. Further, the system assigns dates to re-inspect the site and ensure the franchise operator has established a permanent improvement.
